Bart Rawlinson is the President of the Mendocino College Federation of Teachers for 2020 -- 2022. He has been Artist in Residence at Green Olive Arts in Tetouan, Morocco, and an Artist in Residence at Arteles in Hämeenkyrö, Finland. He was named a Faculty of Excellence by his peers in 2014. He received the 2013 William Matthews Poetry Prize. He is also the recipient of the Joseph Henry Jackson Award, the Eugene Ruggles Poetry Prize, the Robert Browning Society's Prize for Dramatic Monologue, among other awards. His work appears in Asheville Poetry Review, Assaracus, New Millenneum Writings, Santa Clara Review, The Rumpus, Poetry Flash, One and other magazines. He is Associate Professor, English at Mendocino College in northern California.
